Privacy Policy

Welcome to the company website of Logic Springs Technologies (“https://www.logicsprings.com,” “the Site,” or “the Website”). Please read these terms carefully before using the Site.

User Responsibilities

By accessing this website, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, in addition to other agreements (such as the Terms of Use) posted on the Site. If a User does not agree to these terms, the User may navigate away from the Site.

You (“the User” or “Users”) are responsible for ensuring that any information they provide through the Site is accurate and up-to-date. Users should not submit any information that they do not wish to be used in accordance with these terms.

Data Collection

Data Submitted by Users – Comments
If comments are enabled for certain pages or posts on the Site, Users may choose to submit comments. Comments are entirely voluntary and, by submitting a comment, Users acknowledge and understand that comments are publicly accessible. (Note: Public comments are handled differently than the Site’s contact form. See below for more information.)

Users who submit comments also grant Logic Springs all rights and ownership to comments and the data contained therein. However, Logic Springs accepts no liability for comments, the data contained therein, or the potential repercussions of such data being public. Logic Springs may moderate, reject, or remove comments from the Site at any time, but is not obligated to do so.

When a User submits a comment, the following data is collected: the data shown in the comments form, the User’s IP address, and the browser user agent string (to facilitate spam detection). In addition, an anonymized string created from the User’s email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if the User is using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. If the comment is approved, the User’s profile picture will be made visible to the public in the context of the submitted comment.

The content of a submitted comment must comply with the Site’s Terms of Use.

Cookies
If a User leaves a comment on the Site, the User may opt-in to saving the User’s name, email address, and website in site cookies. This is for the User’s convenience so that the User does not have to fill in these details when leaving a future comment, if applicable. These cookies last for one year.

Data Submitted by Users – Media
At this time, the Site does not permit Users to submit multimedia. If such functionality is offered on the Site, any media submissions are entirely voluntary and, by submitting media, Users acknowledge and understand that this media may be publicly accessible. Users who submit media through the Site also grant to Logic Springs all rights and ownership to this media and the data contained therein. However, Logic Springs accepts no liability for submitted media, the data contained therein, or the potential repercussions of such data being public.

If a User uploads an image to the Site, the User should avoid providing images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Other Users could download and extract any location data from such images on the Site.

Data Submitted by Users – Contact Form
Users have the option to voluntarily provide personal information—such as an email address, phone number, or a text-based message—via a contact form on the Site. This information is submitted entirely at the User’s discretion and is not required to browse the website.

When using the contact form, Users are prohibited from submitting sensitive healthcare data, proprietary business data, or other regulated data besides basic contact information (e.g., email).

Data Collected by External Sources
The Site may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the User has visited the other websites.

These websites may collect data about the User, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor the User’s interaction with the embedded content, including tracking the User’s interaction with the embedded content if the User has an account and is logged in to that other website.

By visiting the Site, Users acknowledge and understand that Logic Springs does not manage third-party websites and accepts no liability for external links or embedded content from external sources that is included on the Site.

Logic Springs has implemented reasonable technical and procedural safeguards to protect the data provided by Users. However, Logic Springs cannot guarantee absolute security and accepts no liability for any breach or loss of data.

Data Use
